We have contacted all authories of your threats to come to NJ and the other threats against our family...which includes our 3 yr old. We also have saved the unprofessional, natsy, threatening email from you which has been handed over to authories with all 148 pieces of correspondence regarding Murals4Kidz. As mentioned in our previous rebuttal...Please do have your attorney contact us ASAP in writing! ROTFLOAO....You don't even know what you are talking about.....You are flapping around like a fish out of water....You state that we broke the HIPAA Law in your 1st rebuttal.....Hmmmmmmmmmmm We are not a Health Care Provider! What is the HIPAA Law? HIPAA or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on August 21, 1996. We spent $332....2 sets of bubbles and 1 fish this was our credit.....The only free merchandise we received from Murals4Kidz. We also attached a copy of our original Email from Lina with regard to our order. All other attachments (our letter order which was sent to Lina with the cashier check, powerpoint presentation with all changes, and pics of items received) have been sent to the Editor of RipOff Report yesterday to be posted. Murals4Kidz posted personal information of another consumer (1st report) on Consumer Complaints....Who we contacted, this was before we even received our murals, because we had the same story and situation. You say that we have done it to so many other even the happy clients...You are full of it! We only contacted the original and first consumer, who you posted their info, because they didn't receive their items for almost a year! They finally received it after they did what had to be done. We will recommend our attorney to all of these individuals you have mentioned on the Internet so they can file as well. This will not be taken litely, while Lina is out we have no longer taken orders and have refunded all the small orders and I myself am finishing the large ones, but the website is not accepting orders so you're intent to hurt or damage the business goes invain. The seaweed stands you recieved happen to have been the original ones from the picture of the website, so I pleaseeeeeeee ask that you Post those pics up and i will post mine up for the audience to laugh and compare.

As per your many of many emails this AM, starting from 5:26AM to 5:29AM approx. 3 mins and 10 emails later, and your accusations and threats, kindly Do have your attornery contact us via in writing ASAP! 1. The phone number that we posted for Lina is accurate and is the phone number that she had given me and is the phone number that she called me from on several occassions. We had no other phone number...Until we contacted the BBB. NOTE.....Anyone can get that number from the BBB when they look up your company. 2. We NEVER have asked for anything free, extra bonus, or special treatment which was not stated in our order from day one. The FREE BUBBLES and FISH (qty.1) came with our Ariel order. 3. What do we have to gain from hurting your company??? You are doing a great job at it by yourself with all the Ripoff Reports and Customer Complaints which you can view via Internet. 4. We never said that we were unhappy with the WORKMANSHIP .... It was the service provided and the unprofessional emails! And that we found consumer complaints all over the web on you and we weren't going to be taken. 5. We DID RECEIVE the wrong Ariel, Flounder, Sebastian and Seaweed Stands....We have pictures of received items and the items we ORDERED ... They are DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE ORDERED! We would be more than happy to show your attorney. As stated in an Email to Lina, the BBB, and the USPS Inspection Service, we were going to keep them because we don't want any dealing with Murals4Kidz. If we returned them, we most likely wouldn't have received our murals to date and would have been ripped off AND hurt our 3 yr old daughter because she had her heart set on it... let alone....out our monies. We know that at the end of the day we can sleep peacefully and we have not threatened anyone. Is the biggest scam artist in the world and will be prosecuted be a Defamation attorney for breaking the HIPAA law, disclosing, or better off said attempting to disclose non-business phone #'s and addresses. Her goal is so threaten sellers into her receiving free items, extra bonuses, expidited preferential vip treatment and simply try to hurt anything that breathes. Evil is a small word for this individual. Even though her husband called the company to state in exact words "We received the items and are very happy with your workmanship" she didn't end it there, she rather go to court and I am sure they'll be all for it as she went too far. ripoffreport was given BBB copy report an e-mail which is pasted below which shows that Mrs. Gram was told that the paintings would be painted during the 1st week in april, not received on the first week of April, but her intent was to preasure the artist in working 24 hours and to be given free items. I am writing back from my cell but I will be at the studio tomorrow and be able to look at the schedule. Things are the same though, there hasn't been a delay I do know I will be working solely on the little mermaid the first week of April I can not state the exact date until I actually start the project and know how fast I can actually move on it.
