I went to a site to upload Limewire Pro. Instead, it was something called Megaupload. When I saw that, I immediately contacted them by email explaining I wanted LImewire and want a refund. Five emails later, I am still fighting with them. They kept saying, well we can give you technical support, or we will give you a discount to stay with us, or whatever. I just wanted a refund. Their site says you get a 100% refund at the first request. Wrong! Plus the site says they can charge you a service fee for cancelling after the 7 day trial. This is $ 9.95. They want to charge me that in order to cancel my membership, when I requested to cancel and get a refund after 3 minutes?! They are ripoffs. They sell you something other than what you think you are paying for and then want to charge you a fee to cancel for an item that you didn't even want to buy in the first place. THis is illegal. THis is false advertising. They do not follow their own terms of conditions. They suck and I will get ALL of my money back if I have to go there in person.
