Must University ,Glen Smith They lied and mislead me. Glen said I would be refunded and he lied. Now I can't contact him. Internet
Glen Smith mislead me into making a purchase with them. He told me that their "sale" was running out and that I should buy now. I did and noticed that after several weeks, the sale was still there. I tried to be refunded because I knew I wasn't able to make the payments. Glen told me he would refund me. When I tried calling again, he was missing in action. No one could help. Everyone at this company gave me the run around. They were so unprofessional in their approach. I sent out numerous emails, phone calls, etc. Not one person responded. I needed to be refunded because I had insufficient funds in my account and my bank was charging me additional fees. When I explained all of this to Glen Smith, Anthony Harris, Ken Baker, Neal Samuelson, not one of them helped me in my time of need. They kept telling me I understand Sir and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I am beginning to beleive that this place is fraudulant and to protect others rights, I am filing this complaint. Also, this place doesn'et even have a supervisor that overlooks everything.
I am very upset with them and action needs to be taken immediately. They have my information and I have to change my card number because I don't trust them. I asked to be taken off of their list and everytime I log in, my information is still posted. I also had an additional charge that was given to me and I asked Glen about it and he said that I wouldn't be charged. I don't trust him or Must University so that is why I am changing my card number.

Well they can speak pure american language, but I also have some problems with them. They took me up to $11.000,00 usd for a Masters Degree and I did not get the graduation gown and the legalized documents that I have paid for. I am also trying now to find a legal way to charge them for undone services and charges collected for that

This is a degree mill scam. The address above, 584 Market St, does not actually exist. This is a big, very well-executed scam with a large number of websites. They are not based in the United States, and it is difficult to determine where they are based. Some sources claim they may be in Pakistan, but it's nearly impossible to find out for sure.

I m totally agree wit previous article about MUST UNIVERSITY. You can not even call IT university. It is some kind of cheap organization with suck student advisers - its how they call themselfs. About same thing happend to me. I was enroled for special rate !!!!! hahaha!!! almost free - how they said!!! but end up paying double!!!!!mI will definitly look for leagal advise against this cheap university. If any body else have any complains - please let me know. Thank you. As a student of MUST university I would like to take this opportunity to explain how unfair and immoral your accusations are. The MUST University refund policy stands very clear and concrete about all possible conditions under which a student is given a refund and all requests for refund are considered. MUST has the lowest fees compared with any online university and the multiple fee waiver options reduce the overall fee greatly. MUST cannot even charge you any amount unless you concur and only after confirmation from you they will proceed. MUST cannot charge you anything without your signature! Similarly I had to sign the documents when I was paying my fees. There are NO hidden charges and if you request a refund you receive it impromptu! As far as contacting them and talking to right person is concerned, they have expert consultants around the clock ready to help out with every issue. I propose you talk to them by calling them at their toll free line 1-866-533-MUST (6878)! There is neither anything to purchase at MUST university nor there is any such sale of anything. MUST policy clearly states that you will not be charged extra for anything and all your information is secure, safe and not accessible to anyone. I would appreciate if you stop making an issue of this emotional issue and understand security in credit card payments. Personally I believe you're a competitor just blurting out obscenities to give MUST University a bad press.
