MWI Connections consumer fraud ripoff Connecticut USA
On 3-24-03 I found a billing on my credit card for MWI*Connections for $109.95 that I did not authorise or know who they were . I called my credit card company ( Capitol One ) and they told me that MWI are " partners " with Capitol One and that the service is for entertainment discounts . I told customer service that I had no contact from MWI
I wasn't recieving anything from them and that I wanted that charge removed from my card . That was 3 days ago and the charge still shows on my credit card . Capitol One's customer service said that the offer was mailed to me with an offer of 60 day free trial ( I don't recieve a mailed bill as everything is done online). I called the 800 # for MWI and all I got was a recording , no person to person contact .
