My husband ordered the patches on Feb 16th received them on Feb 27th, had them 2 days and they charged his account $89.97 because his 14 day trial started on the day he ordered them.  He got busy and didn't count the days from the day he ordered and even though he had only had them 2 days it didn't matter.
They told him they assume they work and charge you for them.  Both customer service agents told him he should have paid closer attention to the days it was his fault.  They would not credit his account, let him speak to a supervisor or anything.  I could them over the phone and it was incredible.
You would think that they would have been cooperartive in the hopes of keeping him as a customer.  It was completely evident that this happens all the time, and they work on the premise that once they get the initial payment they don't care if you keep purchasing them or not.
The sales reps and owners for this company seem to be the sort of people that cruise the obits looking for the family that has lost a loved one they can prey upon them.  Beware if you sign up for the "14 Day Trial" and don't expect anything from them except whatever they can take.

Customer Signed Up For A Trial

Customer signed up for a 14 day trial, agreeing to the terms and conditions that they would be billed the full price if they did not cancel before the 14 day trial period had ended.

Customer can see the last step of the order page here that shows the terms and conditions box is required to be checked (Also notice the condensed version of the terms to the left of the page as well):
www.dietpatchtoday.com/order.php

The full terms and conditions the customer agreed to are located here (They can also be clicked on on the order page, on the home page, and in the email sent to the customer after their trial order was placed):
www.dietpatchtoday.com/terms.htm

The customer was sent the 14 day trial and the product was delivered to the customer.

Customer did not cancel within the 14 days like agreed to if they did not want to pay for the product and was charged the full price for the product.

The trial period does begin on the order date and that is disclosed both on the order page, the terms and conditions that are required to be agreed to, on the main website, and a link to the terms and conditions are emailed to the customer with their order. We extend trials all the time for people who email or call in before the 14 day window has passed and are always happy to give customers more time to try the product.

We also allow customers to return the product if it is not used for a refund if that is what the customer wishes to do. We do not do anything that is not disclosed on our website, is required to be agreed to before placing an order, and is sent to the customer.

A person from this company did contact my husband the same day and refund half of his money.  What's crazy is that if the employees/customer service reps had done this to start with, he wouldn't have asked for his money back, but continued with them to see if they worked, and they would have been able to keep the money and have repeat business.
