Even though I shouldn't have to do this, I will take the time to explain the facts. These are the same facts that we submitted to the Better Business Bureau which as you can see from the statements below, ruled in our favor. 1. The 18.95 is shown on our site as OUR PRICE, and the sale price is listed as 11.99 - The regular price is the price that a customer would usually have to pay for us to ship it via UPS. Since we are shipping this to the customer for FREE, the customer only pays the price of the bottle which is 11.99 and receives free shipping. 2. The bottle that the customer bought was the Multi Purpose conditioner. Multi purpose means that it will condition the water, vinyl fiber and foam. As the bottle states, Cleans water, prevents odors, softens water and vinyl, lengthens material life. The bottle says MATERIAL life because that means FIBER and FOAM - The free flow conditioner that the customer is talking about sells for 7.99 on our site. They did not purchase this. 3. The product is sold as a 1 year multi purpose conditioner, We generously understate the longevity of the product because the bottle states 12-18 months depending on your local water conditions. So we say 8-12 and the bottle states 12-18, is it me or doesn't this sound like a better deal for the customer? Why Would you call and complain that the product is lasting LONGER then what you paid for? If it was reversed then I would understand. This left us scratching our heads. The customer also failed to mention that we even gave them addtional 25% discount for buying 4 bottles at the same time. Do the math and he paid only 8.99 per bottle and received free shipping on top of that. We even offered the customer a refund as long as they shipped the product back. They declined our offer. As John Stossel would say "Gimme a Break!" This is one of our most highly recommended products on our website. We have independent reviews on this product that we just started only 2 weeks ago and already we have over 18 5 star reviews. Here are some examples. Shopping online for a waterbed conditioner was an easy, fast and they were very responsive in getting in the mail the same day. Great product that lasts a year. Will definitley buy from this company again. Best waterbed conditioner we have ever used. Elimated bubbles immediately and no worry for a year. Ordering was quick and easy [...]We will use your website again because we don't want to ever give up our waterbed. Thanks for quality products and service. This is a great product, and I love the fact that you don't need to put it in but once a year. I bought my waterbed mattress from them and it works great. I bought the water conditioner and it also works fantastic. I have VERY hard water with LOTS of iron in it which concerned me on how that would effect the bed. I felt the water in the bed after a week and it was soft and I could no longer smell the iron. Highly recommend this product.

Well folks... the BBB was worse then a waste of time. This is the email they sent and my response.- From: Melodie Waldron Date: 5/18/2009 10:51:31 AM To: [email protected] How can you call it a reasonable offer? They falsely advertised a product that they don't sell... then they refused to talk to me for weeks... only after I filed a complaint with you, would they even respond about it... and they still want to steal my money because they know they can. You didn't even take me up on my offer to send pictures of the crap they sent me to compare to the screen shots on the web site. How can you determine that it was a reasonable offer when you don't even know what they did? I regret thinking the bbb mattered. I thought you would just close it saying I was still not satisfied, thereby letting people decide for themselves, but you made them look legit. This is why greedy people can lie and cheat and get away with it. I read a lot on the internet since this happened about the useless bbb but I remember when a bbb symbol meant something and hoped it still did... I was wrong, it's worse then useless... it's part of the problem. I filed a complaint with the BBB using the link on their website and that turned out to be more wasted time. The BBB can't force them to do anything and they just responded that I DID get the correct product, period. They offered to do me a favor and give me a partial refund after I spend more money to return the product. I found several complaints on the internet, one here on ripoffreports, of people who finally did get approval to return things but then they refused to accept them, claiming they were sent to the wrong location. I thought it was interesting that they gave me a return authorization # but did not tell me where to send my product to... I decided not to waste any more money then I already have. I am going to look into reporting them to the govenment internet fraud div at ic3.gov.
