I strongly urge you to see a doctor and get a CPAP. It made a big difference in my life. It's hard to get used to, but if you stick with it, your energy level will go up once your apnea is being treated.
The CPAP is considered the "gold standard" for treating sleep apnea. It is the most effective treatment in those who use it regularly.
When I lost electrical power one night during a storm, I did not get a good night's sleep without my CPAP, and felt miserable the next day. Otherwise, I feel so much better than I did before my apnea was diagnosed and treated.
The size isn't so big. It fits on my night table, and I've packed it in my carry-on luggage when flying.

Our Return Policy was posted at the website at the time the customer made the purchase. We have a money back policy, but not a 100% purchase price refund policy; nor do we advertise a 100% purchase price refund policy.
Our website is well within industry standards. For example, a review of the Amazon.com website shows their Return Policy only returns 50% of the purchase price of used items and none of the S&H. Also, the Amazon Return Policy (unlike ours) is difficult to find, requiring approx 5 clicks to locate. Our link is easy to find as it is located at the bottom of every page of our website and only requires one click.
Like eyeglasses, pharmaceuticals, etc., the value of any product is determined by what the product does and/or how effective it is, not the cost of manufacturing. Our product does work for most people and we feel our product is reasonably priced in the marketplace.
