On november 3rd 2003 I received a phone call approved for a credit card. Cost $299.00and would receive it in 7-10 days.

Called on 11-29-03 still have not received anything I was told no later than 12-5-03. Received a package with mo instructions and a bunch of papers that your useless and not explained.

Called (3rd time)on 12-5-03 asked what am I to do with this they explained to me its a credit repair kit and I should receive a letter from the credit company within 7-10 days.

Called (4th time) on 12-18-04 still did not receive letter or credit card. They said they will resubmit the the Credit company and I should receive it in 3-4 weeks now.

Called (5th time)01-20-04 telling them still nothing and again they will resubmit to the credit company and I should receive it in 3-4 weeks. I said I want to speak to their supervisor. I spoke with Kyle Reese and he told me I need to install the inclosed cd rom disk from the package and apply online. I asked him why didn't anyone else within your company say this from the beginning and he said he doesn't know.

Once I applied on line I will receive my card in 7- 10 days and of cource nothing as of 02-03-04 and there phone is no longer in service. I want my money back! this is a rip off
