MyCommence A Digital River Company Windows Boot Genius - Family Pac 1@ $108.74 AU paid $108.74 AU , the software never worked Minnetonka Minnesota
I purchased at 01/12/2017 a windows boot genius family pak computer lifetime use. It never worked as advertised. I asked refund at 05/12/2017, since they promised 30 day no question asked refund since their software is not worked as advertised.
they sent to me several letter marked with capital letters, "no reply" the internet links listed to the support service did not have any refund option just purchase additional junk
my reguest to refund were repetedly ignored.
today is 11/12/2017.
