MyFreeCams Cam Models Took My Money But Were Very Rude (Provided Terrible Customer Service) No Accountability - MyFreeCams Will Not Discuss Refund Internet Internet
On several occassions I tipped models on the MyFreeCams.com website 10 - 200 tokens or more, often 100 - 200 tokens (around $10 - $20) and received very rude treatment, including being ignored by the models. Once I contacted MYFreeCams customer support repeatedly about a refund and they refused to respond to a refund request. MyFreeCams' customer support did, however, respond to other requests about my account, just not about refunds (for bad service).
There appears to be no accountability for the actions of the MyFreeCams employees/models once they receive your money. Some models are quite friendly, responsive, hardworking but with others it just seems like robbery: they take your money and are rude/don't respond.
There needs to be discussion about regulation of these video chat companies and of MyFreeCams, in particular. MyFreeCams should be pressured into appropriately responding to complaints about poor customer service.

A MFC.com consumer shouldn't have to go through $20, $40, $60 in tips before one of the models gives them the time of day. YOU are the F* IDIOT! A tip is a gift, MFC don't refund tips, unless the model agreed to do something specific in receipt of that tip. 10-200 tokens is very little to some of the top models who sometimes make 50000 or more tokens per day.... The private and group functions are there for a reason, perhaps you should look into spending your tokens there? Models are not actually employed by MFC they are 3rd party contractors...., also you are NOT forced to tip anyone its totally your choice. Find a different model theres usually over 1200+ online.
