I paid $39.99 for a download of government grant information. The company even sent me an invoice for my order but never sent any download information.

I emailed them 6 times and got no response. They don't even have a phone number listed.

I should have noticed that before I ordered. This is a copy of the exact complaint of some one elses story but the exact thing happened to me! The only difference was my name! BEWARE!!!

Contact your bank. Make friends with the manager because if you keep giving out your account number, you'll need them a lot in the future.

Government grant, Tanya? That tells me you'll fall for anyone running a free-money, or easy-money scam. You better take the bank manager to lunch a couple of times. You see, until you wise up, you'll need that manager to help you get your money back after you fall for these scams.
