When a strange charge of $14.95 turned up on our AT&T bill last month, I called and was told that my wife had ordered an "enhanced service" of free 800 numbers to our phone account. She said that she was filling out on her work internet address [a .edu one, too!] what seemed to be a survey to enhance patient care, and when she realized it really was a sales pitch she immediately cancelled out the screen and forgot about it. The myiproducts.com people claimed when I called them that she MUST have hit the "enter" key, and that they sent her a confirmation email telling all about the wonderful new 800 service she would be getting. She has no recollection of ever seeing such a message. They cancelled the account, but said that the $14.95 must be paid, since they have a "letter of agency" email from my wife, which amounts to an order. We think that they are just ripoff artists who somehow got AT&T to help them out.
