I have used Jeter Travel twice and have had no problems. I was skeptical the first time I went to a home to pick up tickets, but I didn't have any problems using them to get into the parks, and I didn't have any problems returning them later that night, or after the 2nd day (we had a 2-day park hopper the 2nd time). I would use them again & I have referred them to my friends who have asked about discount tickdts. I would not have tried to use them to get upgrades - that's where the person filing the complaint went wrong.

I have used my Jetter twice the first time Jennifer helped me she was really nice we went in a group of 9 we had a blast had no problems at all with the tickets. the second time I was helped by Peter he too was very nice this time around we were 15 in our group. I cant say anything negative because I would be lying. I really enjoyed their service they saved us lots of money and we are getting ready to go again this year with a group of about 20 of us and are planing to use their service again. Thank you My Jetter for making our experience less expansive.

Look, I feel the operation run is sound. We were able to upgrade to season passes. I think you just can't be an idiot when you do it. We never had an issue and Jennifer saved our family several hundreds of dollars. She met with me personally and I never had any issues contacting her. Your situation appears to be unique, and I would like to hear Jennifer's side of the story, simply because I have dealt with her before (I have not dealt with you). I have dealt with her personally and can say that she is great. Good luck in your future endeavors. And remember, the tickets are inexpensive for a reason. Just buy them at the gate next time so you don't ruin the experience for the rest of us that deal with Jennifer.

I am from Nevada and have a family of 5. I found Jeter on Ebay and started researching. I did see this report before we left, I have to say that I didn't have any negative experience with Jeter Travel at all (Peter & Jennifer). They were very professional and everything went well. I was extremely hesitant all the way to going through the park gates, but couldn't have taken my kids without getting some kind of discount tickets. They had a great time. I do feel a little bad about not paying full price, like most people, but I help out my community in so many ways that I hope it all works out in the end. I would recommend using them and again, didn't have any problems whatsoever.

The process being utilized by the travel agent is the problem. It is a VERY questionable business practice that involves deceptive actions by all involved and is obviously not appreciated by Disneyland. I am all for getting a better deal than what Disney offers. That is why I shop Craig's List & EBay, but I specifically avoid these type of scenarios because I know that lying and deception is wrong no matter what amount of savings are involved. Most times, there will be complications... Even if no complications, you still know that you are lying. God sees all!

This is the third time that we have bought tickets(2 day hopper passes at Disneyland) from Jetter Travel. We are from Park Ridge, Illinois. All three times we have been very pleased with the service and great prices for tickets to Disneyland. The first time we purchased them on e-bay. The second time we contacted their mjettertravel site and the third time we e-mailed them for tickets and spoke to both Jennifer and Peter on the phone. All three times we received detailed information on how to pay(we used paypal), where to pick up the tickets, and where to drop them off. Everything went smoothly. It is a very simple process to follow. We have saved hundreds of dollars on a total of 14 purchased tickets. We have contacted them both through e-mail and on the phone with quick responses. We've met them in person and they are very nice, honest people. We HIGHLY recommend My Jetter Travel and Jennifer and Peter. People just need to be sure to read descriptions carefully before purchasing tickets. It is clearly stated that they are not upgrade tickets. You can check out all of their feedback on e-bay to see all of the positive comments from their many customers. We are looking forward to using their great service in the future!!!Thank you Jennifer and Peter for making trips to Disneyland a lot for affordable for families.

I, like David, am another satisfied customer of Jeter Travel (Jennifer and Peter). Both Jennifer and Peter were very helpful and honest, and gave us great deals on our hopper tickets. We saved over about $180 total on our tickets thanks to them. They are honest good people who just want to help their customers by giving them a better deal. I highly recommend them and plan on using their services again. Thank you Jennifer and Peter for your excellent treatment and professionalism.

I've been a customer of Jennifer Ngo for three years and I have never had any problems what so ever with the tickets purchased from her. If insructions are followed as told everything goes as planned. It seems to me that this person who made this negative claim is trying to get a free ride at the cost of Jennifer, beleive me she is not ruthless, she's just the opposite and I should know, because as I've been doing business with her for three years and recommend her very highly. You heard the saying "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch" the lady who filed this negative claim is the bad apple and now she's trying to spoil everything for the rest of us. DON'T LISTEN TO HER!!!

What this agency is doing is illegal. Disneyland tickets CANNOT be shared, and these tickets are also never upgradeable. I almost fell for this too but somebody warned be about it. She is advertising this on ebay and craigslist. I am really surprised she has not faced legal problems with Disney.
