The attorney fee was unreasonable, the judge denied it. There next move was to file a fee petition. They sent me a copy of the fee petition and wanted my signature for attorney fees. I would not approve it with my signature. Also in a state of duress they high pressured me to sign a power of attorney for them in the court house I would not sign I do not know yet if they filed the fee petition.
On the fee petition charged calls dates do not match my att phone log. I was misled and claims managers often changed and all had different opinions as to the issues but can not prove that. When I wanted a different attorney no one would take it on so I was stuck. Phone calls I made where seldom returned. When I had question the claim manager could not answer they would pass me off to somebody else's voice mail and I left voice messages that seldom were answered. Your just a number to these greedy dogs. Do not use them. Save yourself a headache find a local attorney.
