I purchased bedrails for waterbed, mattress, heater,liner, all for just over $300.00 which wasn't to bad, so paid with credit card of course. Well after about a week of waiting I went to the web sight to check my order status. Seems my order did not exist at there sight. So I checked several times to make sure I was using the order number they gave me on the reciet I printyed out from them, and it was right, so after several days of trying this I placed call after call to them to find out what was going on with my order or if there was one and according to their web sight there was no order.

After about a week of calling leaving 4 messages to return calls, due to the fact that nobody ever answers the phone line and all you get is a recording that says the next avaible operator will be with you shortly, and of course after an hour it disconnects you, or shorter. I am sure this compand is a fraudlent company and doesn't do anything unless forced to do so.

Needless to say I have filed a complaint with my credit card company that they billed as soon as I placed my order. I have also notified several different agencies to investigate myrest.com. I would not accept anything from them now even if they shipped it. They are what gives internet shopping a bad name for sure and I learned my lesson.

I completely understand the consumer's plight. The myrest.com people are incredibly rude when you can finally get someone on the phone. The owner, Mr Webb lies like crazy. The fact is his business practices are at best, in my opinion, questionable. His customer service is horrific, and his products are ridiculously low quality. If you check this website under different variations of his name, you will find multiple complaints. Speaking for myself, I have resorted to using this forum under extremely rare circumstances when I have been treated with the utmost disrespect. I'm sure that's the case with most folks who post problems on this forum.

The reason for that was that the old website of 2003 did not have the ability to log into an account. All information was emailed to our customers. On December 31st, we launched our new website which allows all customers to log into their account to view their purchase status at any time. All old order number were converted into new order numbers. If the customer didn't search for "ALL" open orders then the old order wouldn't have shown up. In this case the customer was trying to do a search specifically for the old invoice number which brought back a negative result. As for calling in and not receiving an answer, we have a fully staffed call center that takes every single call that comes in. Call us and just listen to the professional phone system that we've invested thousands on to make sure that every customer is taken care of. I think the reason was simply that he was calling during the Holidays when our offices were closed. I couldn't let this rest because I knew that this report had no merit. I dug deeper and found out that report was filed by someone from Belpre OH and not from Green OH as the report stated. With that I had two customers from Belpre OH and one matched perfectly with the product description. The report was signed by an Ernie but was really by a customer named Craig Richardson. He placed his order on Friday December 19th - A copy of this email was sent to him immediately. I searched the database and could not find an Ernie or anyone from Green Ohio. I can only presume that the customer never actually completed their order when they tried online. If they had they would be able to log on at anytime and see the actual progress of their order. Our site allows you to: 1. View your order status at any time. 2. Track the status of your order as it moves within our companys shipping stages. Example, it tells you when someone actually has reviewed your order, puts it in a in progress stage and lastly a shipped stage where you would have access to all of your tracking numbers. If there was a delay on your order we could note it online also so there wouldn't be any delays in communication. All of this information is available to all of our customers. Unlike most sites where you place an order an can only call to check the status of your order. 3. We also offer a toll free number to contact someone in customer service. Sometimes you might have to hold but it's better than being thrown into a voicemail box. If you could not log on with either your log in name or email address then it would be fair to say you never made an order with our company. In this situation I can only assume that the person didn't or this was just put on this site from a competitor who is just trying to slander our company.
