I purchased 3 tickets for a concert, Shaggy & Sting Tuesday October 2nd. I purchased the tickets on June 28 2018. Upon purchasing it showed seats, I selected seats front row and I picked from a seating chart. I had been hit by a vehicle crossing street on 12/14/17I had very serious fractures to both legs, left leg was ankle, knee, fibia and tibea bone shattered.
I had to have 2nd surgery on left leg on August 22nd 2018. I called on 9/28/18 because my healing was not as fast as I thought and still have sore left leg. the ticket agency to find out about disability area. That was when I found out there are no seats, standing room only and is is a first come first serve basis. Hence I paid more money I was misled thinking I had front row seats.
I was told I could sell the tickets, my response was I did not want to sell and under ADA I should have access to disability seating or service. I was misled thinking I was paying more for front row tickets.
