Complaint Review: N-Force Auto Sales - Houston Texas

Recently, I went out to view one of their cars that I had found on the internet. All of the descriptions of the autos read.

This is true they will definitely assist you with getting approval but its not your job is your credit. They actually have multiple banks that they go through. 

Upon arriving at the dealer I fell in love with a beautiful Mazda product. The internet price was perfect.  Once I got there I inspected the vehicle, and filled out the application. I made the price offer for 6995 as well as the offer to put 1500 on the car.I was told It was 100% mine only to find out that because I have to finance they jacked the price up almost 4 grand without bank fees, taxes or anything else. The price went from 6995 to 10995 and I was told that because it goes through a bank they have to have blue book value. No where on the site did it say that so I brought it up. Within 20 minutes their IT guy ran into the room and fixed it. He stated that it was a clerical error on that car only. 

After 5 hours of dealing with them, waiting around for the finance guy just to speak to him. After a bit this nice woman pulled me to the side and explained that the car I wanted was actually being sold to someone else for cash, but the person had not showed up yet. After alittle bit longer Earl, the car dealer came out and showed me a different car. He stated that my credit wasn't good enough (After already approving me) for the silver car and proceeded to try and get me to purchase the same type of car but a different color, more beat up, lacking variables such as spare tire and sports package for a thousand dollars cheaper. I gave him the news and he ran off to "find out" what was going on. Afterwards coming back to attempt to sell me the car. This is the point where he spoke to the finacial person, and proceeded to jack up the price. There was no negotiation, I did not agree to pay anything but the price mentioned from the ad. Bringing the ad up the IT guy changed all of the cars to reflect this.

Upon attempting to leave the Finacial aid person ran out to stop me from leaving to try his best at pushing a different car. After plainly putting it, that I was not going after a different car, that i wasn't interested in any car on the lot except for that one. He told me not to purchase another car to give him a few days to see if he could come up with something. Now I've wasted 5+ hours getting told that the car was mine, even gave me the keys to hold onto, only to find out that.
