N & T CONSULTANTS Larry Teji and John Nolan Asked for confidential information, upfront fees and used an alias and not a real name other England / Birmingham
Contacted this company following a recommendation. Turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
- Firstly the representative John Nolan travelled to see us at a time that had never been agreed or arranged
- Consistently asked for confidential financial information eventhough I made it clear that this would only be provided at a formal meeting. N & T Consultants want the information so they can tout it round to loan providers and insolvency practitioners and seek the best commission for dealing with your situation. Their advise is therefore impaired and not independent as they will always lead you in a direction that earns thenselves the most commisision from companies they introduce you to.
- Asked for an upfront fee before any further meeting took place and for it to be paid to a company that appears to have no connection with N & T Consultants.
- John Nolan has a reputation for assisting directors dispose of assets before an insolvency occurs.
- The most concerning matter is that one of the directors uses an alias. LARRY TEJI is actually LAKHI SINGH. We have informed the NACFB and FCA of this matter as using an alias to hide an identity is prohibited. I have been informed he has a history of selling in industries that have come in for a lot of critism and have a very bad public perception. Examples include timeshare and selling land in the green belt with the hope of getting planning permission.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS MANAGED AND OWNED BY PEOPLE THAT ARE SALESMEN AND HAVE NO FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS TO GIVE FINANCIAL ADVISE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN INTRODUCING YOU TO COMPANIES THAT PAY THEM HIGH COMMISSIONS FOR INTRODUCTIONS.
