Hello,

My name is Tyler Pack and I am the local area director for N2Publishing and oversee the community publication Little Valley Living.  Our community publication is a neighborhood newsletter filled with stories and articles spotlighting the families and events in our community.  The printing and design costs of our neighborhood publication are paid for through print advertisements within the publication.

On January 13th, 2014 I met with the owners of Cloud’s Moving Company who purchased an advertising position in our publication.  We created an ad for Cloud’s Moving Company, ran that ad in the publication for several months, created a special full page article spotlight for Cloud’s Moving Company, and invited their representatives to attend our community events in order to build relationships and network within our community.  After several months Cloud’s Moving Company stopped making payments for their advertising which continued to cost myself and my business money as we continued to print their ad in the publication as we had agreed in the advertising agreement.  For several months I attempted to contact Cloud’s Moving Company through email, phone calls, text messages, and stopping by their office.  My calls and attempts to contact them to discuss their advertising were never returned.

After several months of no response from Cloud’s Moving Company and in an attempt to receive payment for the work we performed and agreed upon in the advertising agreement that Cloud’s Moving Company signed, a small claims suit was filed.  The Washington County District Judge, after reviewing the case and advertising agreement, ruled in favor of N2Publishing and myself and ordered Cloud’s Moving Company to pay the remaining amount on the advertising agreement.  It was after the court ruling that Cloud’s Moving Company and their owner Debra Cloud posted this report.

Never was an attempt made to “scam” or “take advantage” of Cloud’s Moving Company.  We are very proud of our community publication that is beloved by the residents in our neighborhood.  We greatly appreciate the businesses that sponsor and support our community through their advertising.  We do everything in our power to maintain positive relationships and build up all our business advertisers and it is disappointing when someone has an unfortunate experience, but we will continue to do all we can to create value for all our business advertisers.
