My husband purchased two of the web-sites. It was explained that as a home-based business, we would first be able to deduct the start-up costs and then would receive a $5000 tax credit for each web-site. Apparantly, we made too much money to use the credits- THANK GOODNESS! We are now being audited by the IRS. The agent that has been working with us has been very pleasant. As it turns out, we now have to pay taxes on the "income" from the web-sites. We also have to pay back ALL of the deductions that we received that has anything to do with NADN/ORYAN plus interest. We have been told that the web-sites are not valid home businesses and therefore cannot provide any deductions. Your best bet is to call and talk to someone at the IRS. They are very familiar with NADN/ORYON. They can direct you as to what to do to keep out of hot water with your taxes. Keep in mind, you cannot rely on NADN to bail you out of an audit.

Yes, clicking each others sites will work. The only problem I see with that is that you want to clear up your own debt first (it is time consuming)then you can help others. So far I have clicked off well over 4 Grand, and if you do it quick enough you decrease the interest that is charged on the debt. Remember that you are now generating an income, fully legitimizing your home based buz.

I too was taken my NADN. I was successful in getting my money back but only because I immeditately changed all of my accounts and filed a dispute with my credit card company. They are actually the ones who came through for me! Anyway, from what I am reading, if the mall hits really do help people lower the amount they are being charged, why don't we as consumers help each other by "hitting" on each other sites?? I don't know much about the mall set up as I did not get that far, but is this possible??

Well anybody out there who truly believes that all you have to do is sit there and the money will come rolling in (reguardless of what sales said) must be living a pipe dream -- well at least with this plan. I have a shopn2000 web-site and fully aware of the prommissary note due in 8 years. As one of the respondants said they clicked off $2000 in a very small time. And that is what I am doing. Remember as you get 1099'd on the click's, this money comes to you as an income -- which legitamizes your bussiness -- now you can show an income for your site to the IRS. I recieved my 1099 for about $1600 for 1 year, multiply that by 7, and this is now $11600 -- well more than the amount needed to payoff the note in 8 years! If you are to lazy to log on and click some dollars off then mabye you don't belong in a home based bussiness, because now you are showing an income which can now be offset by bussiness deductions, and if done right will cancel any income reported so it's not a total rip-off -- so if you just want to sit around and take advanage of these tax credits and do nothing ----GET THE HELL OUT!!!!! Remember you get out of it what you put into it, I suspect that's the way it's always been.

I too fell for the ShopN2000 scam, but I did a lot of investigating, read the contract over and over and arrived at a solution that has saved me some money. My understanding is that each "hit" on the five links under the heading "Showcase" is worth $2.00 credit toward the promissory note, regardless of the "hits" source. So, armed with this knowledge, and a password to my "backoffice", I went to "my" ShopN2000 website and hit the bejesus out of those links. It works! I've been hitting those links consistantly for the past 6 weeks and have lowered the note amount by about $2000. I've learned my lesson with NADN and will not be renewing my contract with Oryan Management (I have to give 90 days notice of cancellation prior to the one year contract termination date). If you need help or further information, post your questions and and I'll be glad to explain in further detail here on the Rip-off Report so everyone may benifit. Good luck!
