NADN - National Audit Defense Network rip-off! Disaster to Credit Report. LIARS! Las Vegas Nevada
On the internet I responded to a blurb about ways to save on income taxes, entered my phone number and was called by an NADN sales rep. I was guaranteed, and it was recorded, that I had a certain amount of time to review their material and cancel if it wasn't what I wanted. I waited and waited for the material, called before the deadline and was informed how to cancel.
I faxed my cancellation one day before the deadline, still no material, but they never removed the charges from my credit card. I did receive the material 5 days after the deadline, called to verify my cancellation, was told that I was ineligible to cancel inspite of the recorded guarantee. I called multiple times, got hung up on every time. Then they called me about doing my income taxes, whereupon I asked to speak with Customer SErvice and was promptly hung up on again.
Every time I talk with these people and try to resolve this (over the last 2 years) they hang up on me. This "service" has damaged my credit since I won't pay for a service that I cancelled and they won't honor their agreement to cancel and reverse the charges to my credit card.
