NADN, National Audit Defense Network rip-off lied to us victimized many Las Vegas Nevada
Bought a membership for 29.95 on 11/27/02. Quit after nothing had been done except salesman calling to sell "mall4all". Told that credit card hadn't been charged, so no problem. Contacted daily by "Directors". Finally gave in to Steve Smith on 12/12/02, when he guaranteed that I had until 72 hours after recieving the contracts to cancel.
He said to look them over and let him know if I didn't like what I saw and he would see that I got my refund. Also stated that I would have a receipt in 7 days and these contracts within 10. Never got them.
On 12/26/02, I faxed a cancellation letter to them cancelling all services. 12/27/02, called to make sure it had been received, and requested that if anything was going to be sent, to not bother. I was told the "resolution department" would call within 5-7 business days.
Needless to say, I have yet to receive the call even though Ian Eastmono, Jennifer Koehler, Emma, Chris, and Cedric have all "guaranteed" a callback.
Surprise, Surprise, today 1/11/03, these contracts appear in the mailbox. I will be sending them back to the sender using certified mail. Kinda funny how the certified letter I sent to the Bureau of Consumer Protection crossed pathes at the post office this morning with these contracts.
I have contacted the BBB, IRS, FTC and the Nevada Attorney General. Already have received responses from most of them. The charges are also in dispute with the credit card company.
I will update this posting, as the saga continues...

I just got off the phone with the credit card company, they confirmed that a credit of $2995.00 had been recieved from NADN. I previously had spoken to someone in the "customer care" department, and they said it was credited, so I checked to make sure...what a relief. I certainly learned a lesson on this one, and thank the RIPOFFREPORT for its information. My only suggestion to everyone is to pursue every avenue you have. Attorney General, FTC, credit card company, and so on. I kept on NADN almost daily. If you read this before you buy from them, Don't Do It!! It is a major test of patience dealing with rude, non-caring people, and the line of bull they give you.

On the 16 of Jan. 2003, I finally got a call from Anthony Mangabang. He tried to smooth things over, and I refused and demanded my money back. He finally gave me a RA number and I sent back everything I had. The receipt was signed on the 21st. I continually called them to find out the status. On 1/23/03, I got a return call from someone who said that the file hadn't been sent to the acconting office, but she would take it there immediately. Still no refund... Today, 1/27/03, they sent back the papers to fill out for 2002 taxes, I immediately called them and spoke to Melissa and she stated that it was on the computer that they had received the materials, but for some unknown reason they got sent back. She said I needed to send them back again before a refund can be given. I was furious(and still am), I told her that was there mistake not mine. I made her aware that the 7 days after receiving the materials would be up, and that after that they would be in violation of the TILA act once again. She didn't respond and said she would "do what I can" to try to get the refund for me. I will send these papers back once again, and contact the Attorney General and give them the update. I was told by them at the beginning of the month they will be going in there AGAIN very soon. The runaround continues.....
