I was contacted by Rick Klungenburger on 9/18. I tried to tell him no that I wasn't interested at the time. He is a fast talker and I told him that I had had problems with NADN in the past and cancelled and I wasn't interested in getting involved again.

He kept telling me about the 5000.00, tax credit and that I would have access to a tax auditor 24 hrs./day. I explained to him that I had been through this before when I joined the first time. I was told to fax copies of my income tax returns and someone would be in touch. No one ever did. They said then that they never received them but I did get a refund and didn't want to join the company again.

He reassured me that it would different this time that I would able to contact him directly and he would take care of me right away. How convenient that he didn't give me his number.

He wouldn't take no for an answer. He hounded me until I ended up giving him my checking account number where he assured me if I changed my mind that I had 72 hrs. to cancel and the money would be refunded. I was given the impression that no money would be taken from my account for 72 hrs.

I told him that I would think about it and let him know the next day (9/19). He assured that it wouldn't be a problem if I chose to cancel.

I called the number they gave me that next morning and the first thing they asked for was my mbr. number. I didn't receive one so they took my phone number and looked me up on the computer.

I told them that I had thought about the Mallforall.com product and decided that I didn't want it at the time and I wanted to cancel. They told me that I could not cancel on the phone and gave me a fax number to fax the cancellation. I tried for 3 hrs. to fax and the line was busy.

I was leaving for vacation that day so I sent a registered certified return receipt letter of cancellation. Upon my return from vacation 9/29, I discovered that they had credited my checking account on 9/19 for 3195.00.

I immediately called them and spoke with Bryan. Explained that I had received the signed returned receipt for my cancellation but they have not yet credited my account and wanted to know why.

I was put on hold for what seemed like forever and they told me that they did not have a letter of cancellation on file. I argued with Bryan about the signed returned receipt and was told again that no letter was received and that a manager would be calling me in the next couple of days.

I tried to call Customer Service several times because no one would call me back. Everytime I would call all I told "was a message that all service representatives were busy to leave my name and mbr number (which I don't have) and they would return my call."

I work 12 hour shifts and it is difficult to get in touch with anyone on my days off. I tried to fax a copy of my return receipt on 10/13 with no answer. On 10/15, I called again a got the same message to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me. No one did.

On 10/18, I sent a letter with a copy of the original return receipt. Bret Schafer called me on 10/22, telling me to fax him a copy of the return receipt. I told him that it was mailed with the letter he received. He paused a second and then told me he would look into it and get back to me. He never did.

I have called and left messages with his direct line and voice mail 800-292-9477 ext 2176, on 10/22 (same day 1 hr. later),11/3,11/7,11/14 (2 calls),11/21,11/26. I have not heard a thing from them.

I also contacted the BBB of Nv. on 10/22, and again by email last week and have not heard a thing from them either.

This is very discouraging. All I want is my money back and the way things are looking that isn't going to happen. I was getting on the Internet today to see if I could contact them by email when I read the rip off reports.

Oh my God, all those complaints sounded just like me. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to let Rick talk me into giving my checking account number instead of my credit card. Now I understand why they didn't want to go that route. They went for the cash so they wouldn't have to deal with the credit card company.
