Oh I wish I would have read the reviews on Rip Off Report.com  before I purchased from Name Brand Jeans.  I purchased a rare pair of Levis with the flap pocket on 6/4/18.  The jeans came pretty quick but as soon as I opened the package, no flap pocket; they sent the wrong style.  I thought no problem, I will just return them.  The company rep responded to my email pretty quickly as well; however, with very short answers.  After a few back and forth emails, he finally fessed up that they don’t actually have the jeans I was looking for in stock and to return them.  I still thought, no problem.  I returned them via the USPS on 6/12/18, and waited, waited  and waited.  I sent another email on 7/26/18 inquiring about the status of my refund.  I had already checked the tracking number on my package, it was sent to the address on 6/21/18 but said waiting for signature.

The Name Brand Jeans rep responded and said, yea you probably sent them but without the “return confirmation number” accounting won’t do a refund.  In the meantime the Post Master at the Charlestown, IN post office was also checking with the carrier to make sure they delivered my package.  According to the post office, it was indeed delivered to the address but the carrier scanned the wrong code to reflect that the delivery was made because they also picked up packages from the address.  The Post Master then called the person at the address and the response was “ yea its probably here but I would have to look through a week’s worth of deliveries, so just tell the customer to make the claim at the post office”.

Whaaaaaat? So Name Brand Jeans is not going to do a refund, hasn’t responded to any more emails and tells the Post Office to just have me make a claim with them because it would be easier.  I would suggest to not do business with them, they don’t have the products that are on their website, they are not customer friendly, they are not willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and they do not do refunds for customers who have justified reasons for refunds.  I paid with Amazon Pay, so I will try to get the refund from them and if not will have file a claim for a lost package(even though it wasn’t lost) with USPS.   DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.
