EDITOR’S COMMENT:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.

CONSUMERS:  Be kind.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Stick to the facts.  Do your research.  Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

PLEASED TO SEE SUCH EFFORTS?  YOU CAN HELP RIPOFF REPORT COMBAT THOSE WHO ABUSE THE SYSTEM:  Ripoff Report, as resources allow, is working towards combatting Cyberharassment, Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying and/or other problems such as what is generically called “revenge posts” that can be riddled with nasty personal allegations that can be serious.   Ripoff Report would love to be able to timely address each and every review request we receive, however, this takes resources.  If you think this is a worth-while endeavor, we encourage you to make a donation so that we can expand the resources that we can devote to this project.  You can make a non-tax deductible donation by clicking on the PayPal icon at the bottom of the page located at the following URL:  http://www.ripoffreport.com/ConsumersSayThankYou/Donate.aspxThe more resources we have, the more resources we can devote to this project and other forward thinking and positive initiatives like it.

Thank you!

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED REPORT:

Hi,

Back in August of 2014 we got a business inquiry to paint a some gym equipment from a (((REDACTED))). We agreed to a price of $550 and completed the job. Throughout the entire process he called, emailed, and tested repeatedly. He was abusive with his words and screaming and yelling on the phone calls we received. One minute it's take you time, the next minute he's mad and screaming and cursing again. We dropped off all equipment completed and painted. He then refunds his money from PayPal and insists we have his missing parts for the gym. He is now sueing us $3500 for the cost of the gym. Which we do not have nor would we have kept. This was a new business and we didn't want any unhappy customers. We are now out of business. This guy, (((REDACTED)))., is a professional scam artist. After several abusive emails where he called me names like a terrorist and a crack head. I started doing my research on him. I found similar reports on here and wanted to warn people as well. I know he use to live in Las Vegas from the previous reports. Please, please beware and avoid be scammed. Protect yourself with docs, pictures, emails, anything to keep proof of your innocence. I'm still being used but I wanted to share my experience. Good luck!!

... who failed to mention that both his credit card company and mine investigated my claim, and ruled in my favor for the $550 he tried to charge me for his hack paint job.  He later failed to return all the parts to my machine, leaving me out $3,500 and with a pile of scrap metal.  I was left with no alternative but to pursue a civil action.

Dan, you also failed to mention that I was originally granted a judgment against you for failing to return my machine, until you went to Court, cried and lied about being on food stamps, having no bank account, having no business, etc.

Unfortunately, you have an operating, however poorly, pool cleaning business with a direct payment link to your PayPal account.  I made a direct payment to you on your lousy website the day after you told the Court you had no bank account or business.

We'll see what happens with our Court Case Dan, but unlike your company's horrible reviews on Angie's list, you won't find people complaining about the way I treat them as a customer (assuming they ever were a real customer of mine).  There isn't a single author on the Ripoff Report who has ever been a customer of mine, (but all who owe me money).

The Ripoff Report is a haven for scoundrels like you, as you can say anything about anyone and do so anonymously.  This hasn't worked out so well for the guy who started this page about me, who is now going to prison for four felonies:

I think this is called "poetic justice," better known as "karma."

Don't worry Dan Olsen.  Even after I prove you repeatedly lied in Court, I don't think you're looking at jail time.  You will, however, have to pay me the $3,500 you owe.
