EDITOR’S COMMENT(1/18/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

(((REDACTED))) is a major scam artist. He was introduced to me as an expert in internet defamation as I had been attacked online by my ex boyfriend. I paid him a retainer of $10.000.00  to represent me in court. After seeing him at his office he told me that he would send a letter to the courts saying he was representing me and this was never actually done. On the day of the court hearing (((REDACTED))) did not even show up.

Luckily I explained this situation to the judge and he assigned me a public defender, not so luckilly, public defenders suck and I did not have any more money to get a decent attorney to represent me. When I tried to contact (((REDACTED))) about returning my retainer he kept making excuses and then would ignore my emails, texts and phone calls.

I had to move to the States because my reputation was ruined and my attorney was not able to defend me properly and resulting in a loss in court. Stay away from his Law (((REDACTED))) they are absolute frauds.
