You are creating a record that can be used against you.  You will have trouble doing all this from Jail, not long now before you are there, for all the fraud you have committed.  None of anything you have said is true.  No rent has EVER been missed.  There are no deplorable conditions.  They have 4 happy healthy well cared for kids. they have kept the property spotless.  The Bank owns the property and they will only deal with the bank from now on.  They are just lucky a representative from the bank showed up and told them the truth before you were able to steal any more rent money.

No person named Penn has ever spoken to any of the tenants at this property.  Its all lies, slander and perjury by a group of con artists.  Fidelity Keegan is a supposed property management company that employs (((REDACTED)))and the company has already been raided by the government and all of the documents have been confiscated.

A phony document and a phony parcel number.  This parcel number doesnt apply to this property.  This fraud is soooo transparent.  There is no George Penn in this transaction.  Property was rented by Fidenlty Keegan (look up all the fraud from this company at this site).  They use phony names, phony signatures, phony documents.

1st, (((REDACTED)))'s response was "ha ha, I guess you guys wasted your time with the sheriff lockout, oh well I needed to file bankruptcy anyway so thanks".

2nd, I own this home, on title, recorded, and for over three years you idiot. So white trash just looking for an excuse to default on bills. My managers said they trusted you and you are not to be trusted.

3rd, take a trip to the property and see the trash, cigarettes, and general trailer scene, typical protocol.

Finally, this BK is just a simple 20-day process, leave of stay from the court, and you may remain bankrupt, but the F**K out on the street in the gutter where you belong, or back to mama's house. You will never own a home, because I will file my money judgment after your BK. You do not pay my bills, you are not my partner, my dealings with the bank are my business and you have the roof over your head. I know the victim of this report, and the people responsible for writing this slander.  The authors of this report are being investigated for stealing the rent money paid by unsuspecting renters that live in properties this company claimed to have the authority to rent.
This company collects rent, keeps it, and never remits it to the title holder of the property. The renter was recently notified of the fraud when a representative from the bank showed up and told him they did not authorize the rental of the property, which had been foreclosed on.
This company then tried to evict the renter by claiming the renter didnt pay rent and was served notice, but the proof of service is forged.  The renter has filed an action which will delay the procedure until the renter can get a court date.
After the eviction was stopped, this slanderous post was posted to this site. NONE of the accusations are true. These are nice respectable people who are the victims of this company.  It is a shame there sites such as this where slander is available to anyone who wants to write it.
