NAMG C/O JVC ripped off, filled out survey, never ordered anything, credit card hit twice now, have had to get new card. KENNESAW Georgia
responded to survey on line, card was hit twice, don't know how to contact company. Had to close that card out. At this time have been taken for approx. $160.00 in a time when every penny counts.

800-209-8397 M-S 9a - 9p. I ordered one thing from them. Then, get this new charge for 5x the first amount but never ordered anything else. WHen the item came, I returned it unopened & got a receipt from the post office. Awaiting my refund now. I will give 2 weeks...then report it to the bank to get my money back. I called & got them on the phone.
