Your claims on anyone who complains against NAPSR or backs-up someone who has a complaint, you accuse of working for a competitor, are completely false. The fact of the matter is, NAPSR is a ripoff and a waste of $$$. Getting hired in pharma, is all about WHO YOU KNOW, not what you know. You should know this. You obviously do not know the hiring practices of DM's or RM's. They could care less about your so called "pharma certification" they want to see an impressive brag book of your accomplishments, and convince them on why you are the best person for the job. You can claim all you want who is on your board of directors. These people do not directly HELP applicants get jobs. Unless they pick up the phone and call and get a hold of a particular DM and give a personal referral for an applicant, paying NAPSR fees will get you NOWHERE. So people, save your money. Also Andrea, go to a couple pharma related hiring websites. Read what people, including current pharma reps and DM's, think of your organization.

The complaint filed does not seem to be legitimate as we do not have a KAT from Los Angeles as a customer or member. The association keeps accurate records of all contacts and members. The association currently has their 2005 Advisory Board list compiled and you can contact the association for that Board Member list. The association currently has tens of thousand of members and our Paypal records are not available to the public--a Paypal company policy. The complaint appears to have come from a competitor. If you have seen this false complaint please contact the association for a possible monetary reward.
