POLK COUNTY FLORIDA needs to get off there sorry butts and do their jobs . They are the ones that has allowed this PERVERT to continue to walk the streets due to their NEGLIGENCE ..By not following up on a COURT ORDER..

In 1984 I let my so called half brother NATHAN ONEAL DAILEY come to live with us. This was at a time when no one else wanted him around . I actually felt sorry for this monster and let him come live with us . I helped him get his first drivers license gave him love and a place to live ,fed him ,clothed him  ect. He repaid me by MOLESTING my only child she was 5 at the time. When I went after him he ran to BROWARD COUNTY and swore he was innocent. . BROWARD COUNTY had him returned to POLK COUNTY because they know what he did . He RAPED a 5 year old little girl.. his own niece. He was found GUILTY here in POLK COUNTY. He admitted he raped her and admitted she wasn't the only one.

There are Doctors notes in with the COURT DOCUMENTS also showing full penetration . HE RAPED A 5 YEAR OLD LITTLE BABY.

All COURT DOCUMENTS show he is GUILTY OF SEXUAL BATTERY TO A CHILD. He was let out on a bond and he ran back to BROWARD and hid with a friend of his named DAWN and her family. They hid and protected this CHILD MOLESTER. He came out of hiding when he turned 18 he was 16 at the time this happened ..d**n well old enough to know better.

The Judge STRICKLAND court ordered that MR. DAILEY was to be sent to BROWARD COUNTY for sentencing.POLK COUNTY screwed up and did not send the Records to BROWARD COUNTY as per Judges order. I have letters from BROWARD STATE ATT. stating they never recieved anything from POLK COUNTY .BROWARD did find that POLK COUNTY found MR.DAILEY GUILTY OF CHILD RAPE. FDLE is at this time investigating the matter.

He loves telling people about drug use by others. I admit to using at a time in my life when the GUILT I felt for bringing this pervert around to harm my baby. Guilt will eat You alive. I Have been clean 13 years April. People doing drugs can become clean..

CHILD MOLESTERS NEVER CHANGE they find ways of not getting caught the next time and there are always next times .

 How 'bout looking in BROWARD COURT RECORDS of his drug Arrests. And The thefts in POLK COUNTY

Then he likes to say this is being brought out due to him having a piece of dirt located at 1238 Barnhorst Road Bartow fl. His mother gave him half free and clear. he conned her into signing a WARRANTY DEED for her half. A WARRANTY DEED is one where the property remains hers til her death. So this Monster did everything he could to end her life.

After reading the COURT RECORDS proving he is a CHILD MOLESTER she moved away from there so as not be be around him and his lies.As far as she feels she wishes she had never given birth to a perverted CHILD MOLESTER he would have been better off not being born at all . To this day she wants nothing to do with him. He had her buffaloed for years.. NOT ANYMORE she now knows the TRUTH. And has copies of the RAPE REPORTS and COURT DOCUMENTS.

The only reason he got  his kid is  the Part about him being a BABY RAPER was not brought up at his hearing.. Thank GOD the kid is a Boy..The JUDGE should have looked into his past..

aren't Judges supposed to look into certain matters before giving someone a kid to destroy.???

POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY ADMITTED he screwed up and should have followed up on the case.He is now working for the PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE in POLK COUNTY freeing even more CHILD MOLESTERS

MR.DAILEY has not YET been sentenced for CHILD RAPE . FDLE has opened an investigation into this matter.

This person is working in and around construction and around families with little Children.We all know that CHILD MOLESTERS DO NOT CHANGE..They just find lies and people to hide behind.The lies he likes to tell are this is all about property  NO IT ISN'T.. its about getting JUSTICE FOR MY CHILD.

 My name is Nathan Dailey of Nathan Dailey INC. The people that are slandering me need to stop! As I am writing this rebuttal I have attorneys working on starting harassment and slandering law suit against the people doing this: Rose szymanski ,aka Rose Johnson, aka Rose Mccall , Virgie Matthew and Madeline McFarland as well as you too L.C if you want to get in to the middle of this crap.

     These three people have been relentless on a campaign to ruin my life over a piece of property that Rose thought she owned. She lived there for many years and turn into a meth addict and when to jail.

     Back in 1996 Polk county contacted me to inform me that the property was going to labeled was a drug haven and condemned, seized and sold of if it did not get cleaned up and brought it up to code.

     So after I spent several weekend driving from Broward county to Polk County to clean up the pig pen that rose called home. Virgie Matthew did not want anything to do with the property and that is when I found out that when the property was bought she had my name put on half of it as owner, and she was going to sign off on her half to me so I could move here and raise my son.

     I purchased and home and was living there about 4 yrs when it was time for Rose to get out of jail and need a place to go so she would not be a ward of the state. I spent a lot of time and money fixing up the old trailer that was left on the property where Virgie was living since 1997 and allowed her to move back in with her.

       She soon found a boy friend and move to fort Meade with him. And for several years she has been in my home for holidays, dinners and just come by and say hi. Until Oct 07, when me and Virgie Matthew started to have a falling out.

       Virgie wanted to sell the property, but could not because she signed off on it back in 1999, that is when Rose found out that what she thought was her home was never hers but mine since I was about 8 years old. I had no control over what Virgie did.

     And since Oct 07 Rose has made several false charges against me but none of them ever had any proof and I have wittiness to everything to prove she was a liar and lucky enough not to bee charged for filing false reports.

    They filed a march man act  on me had me picked up and put in a drug rehab I tested negative for all and any drugs. They when as far as to pay for attorney for my ex wife to try to custody of my son away. They didnt win and I did not even have a lawyer. That cost them several thousands of dollars, ouch that had to hurt.

    Thats when all the molestation claims started.  It funny that the person that I was to have done this too was the one to have both Virgie and Roses testimony not to be creditable in the custody hearing.

    Rose and Virgies time is comeing to answer to all the false claims they have made over the years. What people have been reading  is only a small part of the total ordeal that these people have done. And if they are not slandering me why do they hide behind false names.

He was 16 at the time.He ran from Polk County after being charged with FELONY SEXUAL BATTERY ON A CHILD .He went back to Broward County and Moved in with his ex girl friend DAWN and her family.they  harbored a CHILD MOLESTER.He hid with them til he reached age then Thought all records of what he did would be destroyed.They were'nt my mom has copies of all of them .

The reason this needs to be printed is because his last ex wife found CHILD PORN(2009) on his computer so we know he is still into little girls. But then again CHILD MOLESTERS DO NOT CHANGE they find ways of not getting caught ..They lie and conive to get gullible people like You to believe he is innocent and every body is out to get him ..that is so not TRUE ..My mom isn't out to get him she wants to make sure people are aware of what this CHILD MOLESTER is capable of. And the Company names he uses.No one should have to go through what he has put my self, my mom ,and my family through.

This report was submitted in 2008, yet Nu Fab closed years prior to that... Another interesting point is that YOU are his sister and have been trying to destroy him for years and years and its frustrating to know that you have no other thing in your life.  Your daughter could only say that she knows what YOU told her about this supposed "incident".  You really need to think about what you are doing to your own child and how she will be affected by the lies you spread.

The only thing this person created was a mess and refused us a refund.. We had to take him to court here in BROWARD COUNTY FL. to recoup our loss. While in the process we find he did not even pay the suppliers for supplies he had credited to him. While looking him up in BROWARD COURT RECORDS You will find: Others he has tried to RIP-OFF FELONY DRUG CHARGES : MANUFACTURE & DELIVERY OF LSD POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA While looking up POLK COURT RECORDS You will find THEFT BATTERY ASSAULT This is not the kind of person You want working for You.

This person did rape, molest and nearly destroy a child ..A little girl.A 5 year old child just beginning life .First year of school ..I lived in POLK COUNTY at the time . How can any one confuse land dispute for CHILD MOLESTATION ?? What has a Land Dispute have to do with LIFE FELONY RAPE OF A CHILD?? I am surprised and shocked that you continue to be so hateful over a property dispute. Sometimes you just need to let things go and let it be. You have allowed these negative feelings to consume your own life, and because these feelings control your own life and actions, you want to lash out and hurt someone else. Let it go and be at peace. You cannot control other people's actions, only your own.
