NATHAN SCOTT PIERCE, AKA Scott, Scotty, Bear And Red owes divorce judgement and possible tax evader LOVELAND Colorado
In October of 1996 our divorce was final in the state of California. I will not include what he did to other people and myself but in the divorce hearing he was to refund me his half of the bills and my half of the 1994 income tax refund because he did not pay said bills. Even though I was entitled to it, I turned down spousal support and half of his severence pay when he was discharge from the military because I wanted an amiciable and hopefully friendly divorce.
Because this is not considered child support or spousal support, I had to wait 30 days for him to make payment arrangements or, go through civil court and chagre him with comtempt. Unforutnatly, he has yet to pay the amount of 4,205.96 dollars (not including interest over the past 7 years). If I claim judical interest the amount can be has high as 75,000 (20% interest (minimum) over 7 years and California's interest can be has high has 51%). When he is found be bounces/runs between Colorado (northeastern area including the cities/towns of Loveland, Arvada, Golden and Denver) and the state of Mississippi ( southern areas of Ocean Springs, and coastal areas of Gulfport& Biloxi) hwere family and friends are located.
Mr. Pierce has been served over several times (twice by my attorney and rest being with collections agent).
Mr Pierce is referred to by family members either by Scotty or, Scott. Nicknames include Bear and Red (for his hair). His last known trade in the military was Gunners Mate Guns (GMG)and can be working in that area of gun repair or, restoraion. He works under the table/cash only jobs to avoid paying his debts and taxes ( state and federal taxes, Also which he left several prior to divorce in the amount of 7,500 not including bounced checks).
He stands 6'3" tall and had red blond or, strawberry blond hair. He was last know to wear country western style wear and full beard. He was last known to weight 330lbs and is big bone and big body build. he can possbily have remarried and/or living with friends in Colorado, Mississippi, and possibly his grandparents in Kansas. Last known to drive two tone (maybe single color now)1990, Dodge Dakota pickup truck with license plates in Jefferson County, CO and has a dog named Dakota that looked husky mixed but is not.
If you know where he is or, may have seen him in your area please inform Mr. Nathan Scott Pierce that he needs to contact Ms Little of the Colorado Judgement Company and make payment arragements before they take him to court SOON.

ACCORDING TO THE VENTURA COUNTY COURTS IN VENTURA COUNTY:
1) JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN COLLECTING 10% YEARLY INTEREST SINCE NOVEMBER 1996 WHEN IT WENT BECAME FINAL. AT THIS TIME JUDGEMENT STANDS TOTAL : 11,037.85 AND COUNTING.
2)BECAUSE MR. PIERCE NEVER INTENDED TO PAY THE JUDGEMENT NOR MADE ANY ARRANGEMENTS IT CURRENTLY HAS NO STATUE OF LIMITATIONS, BECAUSE IT IS KNOWN AS A MONEY JUDGEMENT; PER THE COURT CLERK PER THEIR CONVERSATION ON OCT,2012.
SHOULD ME. PIERCE NEEDS TO GET AHOLD OF THE COURTS ASAP!
CURRENTLY LIVES WITH A MRS. S. PIERCE (SIMA S OR SIMA JUNE) PIERCE WITH LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IN FORT COLLINS CO OR LOVELAND, CO. FORT COLLINS ADDRESS IS AN UNIVERSITY ADDRESS ACCORDING TO MAPS.
NEED ASSISTANCE IN COLLECTING THIS JUDGEMENT. PLEASE HELP.--THANK YOU.

******UPDATE AS OF MAY 2011****
As of May 2011 from the last entry of June 2004 the following has occured;
1) Mr. Pierce was located working in a gun shop located in the Biloxi/Gulfport, MS area up until 2005/2006 when somebody reconized him as being my former spouse as well as being a former member of the NAVY. This person promptly contacted me and as I was performing the background check to have papers served and contacting the Ventura County courts, Mr. Pierce then quit his employment within 2 days of said conversation and returned back to Colorado. This started my work all over again.
2) Mr. Pierce may have remarried and can be currently be living again in Littleton, LOVELAND, Denver, Arvada or, Ashland COLORADO. I do have the name of the possible associate. According to people searches that I have performed, there is another name associated with Mr. Pierce with the maiden name being Sage. Mother's last name is Erickson Father is a former/retired Chief of the Navy located in the Gulfport area region of Mississippi.
3)Both may have accounts on FACEBOOK and possibly Twitter. Found this out by running the names.
4) Should Mr. Pierce or any of his aquaintances bother to read this, I advise that he contact me through this website. Current balance not counting interest (4,205.76+ 536.72 for my share of the income tax refund)4742.48 Dollars. However if Mr. Pierce contacts me through this website to do the right thing within 5 days of said post, I will not take him nor any his family to court nor will charge interest for the work that I have performed on this case. For I just want this over with. Thank you.
