I had been working w/ this company for over a week on a home mortgage. They had repeatedly told me what the APR was to be. When reviewing the disclosure statement, I noticed that the APR was listed in place 2% higher and in another 3% higher. When I called to question this, I was told that he HAD told me this. I KNOW that he had not because, I would have never considered a rate that high. He continued to tell me that I had "SELECTIVE HEARING" and that I was "JUST NOT LISTENING". When I told him that I was just looking for the TRUTH, he told me that I could just go find another Lender and hung up on me. I just feel this is NO WAY to do business, Save yourself the time and headaches!!! STAY AWAY!
