National Action Financial Service Ripoff harrassment Buffalo New York
This company has gotten a hold of my cell phone number and is trying to reach a party other than myself, whom I do not know and have never heard of.
After countless times of communicating this to them, they continued to call. I called the local sheriff's department and filed a complaint. The local sheriff's department contacted them. The sheriff's department was also told that they would take the number out of the file. They have not done so. I am still working with the sheriff's department to put at end to this.
Warning: They asked me for all sorts of my personal information. If they ask you anything, do not give it to them as they add this information to the file. My next phone call is to the local Attorney General's office to see if they can intervene. They are quite persuasive (so they think) and sneaky to try and gleen information out of you. Don't allow them to get anymore information than they already have.
They no longer leave messages on my cell phone, but one day they called a total of 16 times!
If anyone is interested in starting a class action suit against them, please count me in !!!
