National Asset Recovery Paid off repo fees and now I have to wait to make an appointment to get my car back Waite Park, Minnesota
So I had my car repossessed which was sad but fair. The Finance company treated me in a professional manor. The National repo company was pleasant. Then came the problem, the car was towed over 100 miles away to Waite Park MN
to Asset Recovery. When I called there to get information about taking possession of my vehicle after it was paid, I was told I had to wait 2 hours for the paperwork to be completed. The female on the phone was rude while I was still calm and pleasant. She would not let me leave my home to drive there as they REQUIRE an appointment, and they only were available from 10am to 3pm. I do not know about the rest of you but most people work between these hours. I was told I had to wait until tomorrow ( in another rude attitude) but that she could not tell me where specifically where to go get my car until I call @9 am, and that I had to be there by 10 for my appointment. Only problem living in Minnesota the roads reduce my driving speed and I will not make it there in one hours time. So they will most likely not allow me to get my vehicle . Why do they not have reasonable business hours so people can get their autos out of their impound? the car has been paid for yet they hold it in a undisclosed location with unreasonable hours and rude staff!!
