Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Sold me a bill of goods with a promis that wasn't worth anything .....

Company sold tax "help"...Basically they just want your money, they use hard sale tactics, then don't follow up on their promises. I have had almost 20 phone calls mostly with messages left on voicemail, I have talked to Directors of Compliance, Mark Hildrith and advance services, Rick Kinlingberg, neither now will return my calls. I have been promised refunds from two seperate people...Mark said at one point he would get back to me in 72 hours...it has now been a week and a half.

Fianally got to talk to a real person today, she told me that Mark had written in my file that I had agreed to the fact that I didn't cancel until after my 72 hour limit. That is a direct LIE. He did inform me that I had to cancel within 72 hours, and I informed me that I had canceled with in 72 hours. That's when I got the "line" about getting back to me in 72 hours. The fact of the matter is that I "purchased" the service/items on 8/3, Friday afternoon.

On Monday morning, less than 72 realtime hours later, I called to cancel. I called back on Tuesday morning 8/6 to find out why the money had been taken out of my account. One Gary Allgood, informed me that the payment had been scheduled for 8/5 and had already processed by the time I called. After informing him that I wanted my money back, he said he would talk to the people in compliance but it would take 3-4 days. That was 8/6, it now, 8/29...no hint of a refund anywhere in site. I also was given the name of a person Adam Mangabang, General Manager of Customer Service at fax (702) 877-5570, I could only get a fax, because his phone can't except incoming calls. What kind of line is that???! Anyway, I was told that if I faxed him, he would personally review my case and get back to me. I did that on 8/27, I really don't expect to hear from him, and even if I do, I only assume he tell me "Tough".

But the bottom line is I haven't signed anything other than a cancelation letter and a complaint letter, both of which requested my money back. They still won't return it.

One comment I've read here and they bost about..."over 100,000 happy customers"...if they have been in business for 21 years...doesn't that seem pitifly low? Guess it should be just another reason I should have seen the lies and scams coming.

I've filed with the Nevada BBB, and my credit card company. Next is my State Attorney General and the court system. Which will only drive the coast of doing business with me up. If they were smart they would just give me my money back and be done with me.

Oh ya, and when I talked to someone at Oryan Mangement, they guy got so mad at me for saying I had canceled my serivce he started yelling at me, demanding that I give him a fax so he sould fax me the IRS guidelines about the ADA program they are selling. I hung up on him.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
