I'm not sure what finally provoked NADN to issue my refund, but 22 months later, I have finally received it in full amount of $995. Maybe this website helped, because the check was cut 2 weeks after I posted my Rip-Off report. But I also started sending faxes every week threatening to report them to multiple agencies. As a matter of fact, I just recently received the following letter from "The State of Nevada Office of the Attorney General". STATE OF NEVADA OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION 555 East Washington Avenue, Suite 3900 Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 BRIAN SANDOVAL Attorney GeneralANN WILKINSON Assistant Attorney General Telephone (702) 486-3786Fax (702) 486-3283ag.state.nv.use-mail: [email protected] TIMOTHY D.
