National Audit Defense Network, NADN Fraudulent ripoff business, cheated us out of $2500.00 Las Vegas Nevada
Tellemarketer sold us on tax help and getting back $3000.00 in tax savings. Guarenteed us that if ever audited, their company would "go to bat" for us. This is the biggest scam.
Basically for $2500.00 we recieved nothing but a box full of audio tapes and information on the additoinal services the company could offer us.
After buying into the program we called several times with tax questions and never recieved any help. Every time we called the representative would only try to sell us some other service. Usually they would state that in order overcome the problem we we were having we would need to invest additional money in another service.
Finally fed up with getting no help, we boxed up the audio tapes and information they had sent us and sent it back. We also sent a certified letter stating the situation and requesting a full refund. Not only did we get no response to our letter, but they sent us another box of tapes and info.
Upon recieving the second box we called to follow up on our letter and find out why they sent the second box. The orinal number we had did no good. We were given another number to call for Customer Services.
When calling Customer Services we were given the run around and transfered to 3 different people, none of whom were able to answer any questions. Finally we were told that a refund would not be given because we had not "utilized our membership". Then we were give a contact name of Evie and we were told that she was out for the afternoon, but that they would have here call us back.
Two days later, not hearing from Evie, we called back again. Of course she wasn't available, so we were transfered to here voice mail. No call back.
We called again. This time we were told that she doesn't accept incoming phone calls and that all we could do is leave a message with Customer Services and they would have her call us. No call back.
We called again. We were told she wouldn't be in until 10:30 am that day and that we should try back after that. We did try back later that morning, but she was again non available.
We called again. The CS rep now told us that she was unavailable and that they only way we would be able to reach her was to leave a message with him for her. I demanded to speak to her supervisor and was told that was not an option.
Frankly, I wonder if Evie is in fact a real person.
No one was ever able to define what not "utilizing our membership" actually ment.
Regardless, we are out $2500.00 and have received no services for our money. This is the biggest scam I have ever encountered. I can't believe the people who work for this company, they must no have any morals or values.
We have decieded to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorny Generals office in Nevada. Hopefully someone will be able to aid us in rectifying this situation.

I am a merchant rep for a reputable bank here in Las Vegas. Evie and her husband James tried to con me into getting them a merchant (visa, mastercard) account for their business. It turns out that NADN had been cancelled by their previous company for obvious reasons and called me in to meet them. Yes I met the scam artists themselves, without knowing about the company. They lied to me and said they had a cleaning company and that they needed to accept credit cards. They got declined from us due too poor credit. (Ofcourse!) And Evie keeps leaving me 5 voice mails a day yelling and screaming about why she got declined. I am glad I found this site and I have actually been to their shady operation here in Las Vegas. It is a big call center with tons of cubicles. I think that Evie is actually one of the owners. Im not sure. There were alot of lies told to me. I didn't see any cleaning products or materials. It was a rip off facility. I would like to keep my companies name out of this, but they are a large comp. that almost got swindled by these guys. Have a great day and Good Luck!
