Las Vegas,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Fri, January 31, 2003
This person admitts he never tried to be helped, his only concern was getting a refund. He let other peoples responses on this site scare him into buyer's remorse. I dont think it is fair to the company, that you panicked and decided not to be helped. How were you ripped off? You got your money back. You never talked to anyone about tax savings, all you wanted was your money back. You are more than likely an adult, and should be capable of making logical decisons. Your complaint is not fair, and I hope that people reading this site reads everything that you said, not just your journey to Las Vegas to get your money back. If people want their money back they get it back. Most are people like you that dont even try to be helped, just need something to complain about, and scare others that can truly be helped by these services. Companies dont stay in business that can not deliver on thier guarantees. The guarantee states that you have to follow advice given. If you dont want to work within the law to save money on your tax's, than you wont save. People think they can just sit on their hands and do nothing different and wonder why they havent saved money. NADN aren't miracle workers. They are an organization that can guide you through the tax code and give real help.
