Tellemarketer offered thirty day trial, money back guarantee, promised they would prove in that time it would pay for itself plus more. They would show us how to get $3,000 in tax deductions per year.

Within the first thirty days guaranteed to look at our last three years of taxes and show us the deductions and then would ammend our taxes.

Close to the 30 days I realized they would not have time to review my taxes so I called to cancel, because they charged my credit card $795. They talked me into keeping it and they would extend the 30 days to 60 days. So I agreed to it providing the money would be refunded if I was not satisfied.

In the meantime another telemarketer phoned my husband and told him in order to really help with our tax refunds as far as deductions, my husband needed a home based business. They sold him on the idea of a website called Mall for all.

They told him to take the cash from the credit card, put it in the bank, and they would bank draft it, with a money back guarantee if he was not satisfied within 5 days after recieving his package explaining the ways he would make deductions as well as earn large revenues from people shopping on his website.

Two weeks or more went by after they drafted the $1750.00 out of our bank account and we received no package.......still to this day.

So, we called to cancel both. The people always gave us the run around. Said they had to get client resolution to call us.

When they called us they were trying to get us to keep it. I told them we were not satisfied because they lied about everything, they kept no part of their word.

The guy named (whom is no longer there)Shim Ellis finally gave up trying to sell me it again.......he could not resolve the problem. He then gave me a RA#1007738 and told me before I could get my refund we had to fax a letter stating we wanted to cancel and send the box of tapes back from the first deal ($795)

So, we did as he asked. Waited the ten working days. Called back time after time to get transferred to voice mails. They never would return our calls.

We kept calling. Each time we got a different story. After the first fax. The person we talked to said they had it on file they recieved the fax but only stated that we wanted to cancel the latter deal (mall for all)$1750.00.

We told them the fax stated we wanted them both cancelled. They argued, and said they had no copy of the fax and we could not get the refund even for the mall for all because we had to cancel the membership *($795) in order to get the other refund.

So, they then said we needed to send another fax stating we want to cancel them both, which we did the next day. Waited the ten days again. Got the run around again. This went on for two months.

Today, we finally got in touch with the Customer sevice manager named, Chris Conner, whom was rude from the start. He then told us we would not get a refund for anything. He said the membership was not cancelled within the first thiry days and the mall for all had to be cancelled within seventy two hours. We sign nothing for this transaction, and then he said if you are going to get an attorney it will do no good. This is where we stand now. A credit card debt with high interest and no service to show for it. Please help, it would be deeply appreciated.

We really do not want to see this company keep ripping innocent people off. They have deceived us from the start. Thank you for your time spent reading this. Sincerely
