Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I got involved last year with NADN after hearing their ad on a radio talk show. I called and talked to a salesman (can't remember his name). As I was already in business (I'm a contractor), I agreed to let NADN incorporate my business.

A few days later, a very slick talking salesman called and talked my business partner into the "Mall-For-All" website scheme...even though we already had plenty of valid deductions. $6500 later, we had a useless website, our business incorporated as a Nevada corporation (which in fact is not an advantage for us) and no way to contact them for their "advise". Their phone system I think is designed to frustrate people...and prevent them from calling with questions. You can not ever talk to people live, it's always voice mail...and they never return phone calls. Anyway...

Tax time rolled around and I tried to contact them for instructions regarding records, etc...to do our taxes. Mid-January (the taxes for the company were due Jan. 31st) I get a call from a girl at NADN stating that she was our tax preparer. I sent her the info she requested - while having our local accountant prepare our taxes at the same time - and waited for the results. The NADN tax preparer filed an extention on the returns (which the local accountant did immediately) and in mid-February finished our returns. I compared the returns and discovered that if I used the NADN returns, we would pay MORE in taxes...there were several mistakes and a bunch of missed deductions.

While this was happening, I got a call from one of their slick talkers...trying to sell me, of all things, another year on the "Mall-For-All". I hung up the phone. Shortly after this, I drafted a letter stating that we no longer were interested in doing business with them or any of their associated companies (of which there are THOUSANDS!) and to place us on their "do-not-call" list.

One day after receiving from the post office the return receipt (I sent the letter certified, return receipt requested) I got a phone call from one of their "senior account executives." Again, I hung up on him.

Folks, the people at NADN are absolutely crooked. The only task that they completed was the incorporation...all other promises have gone unfulfilled or have turned out to be "questionable" tax avoidance schemes. They run the ragged edge of lawfullness, and are quite literally "slicked hair" used car salesmen. Their only interest is what's in your bank account...not in delivering a useful service or product. Avoid them COMPLETELY!
