National Audit Defense Network NADN ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
After hearing a radio ad I repeonded to their toll free number. I decided to try it. They had my money that day ( 07/28/03) via a telephone check.
I never received anything from them and when looking up their number on the internet, I did a search and found that there was a class action lawsuit filed against them. I knew then that I was in trouble.
I called them and explained that I never received anything from them, I was still able to cancel because it was within my 30 period. That day, August 12, 2003 I faxed a letter stating my intentions. After repeated phone calls which also cost me money, I have yet to get my money back. Since September 22, 2003 I am being told that " my refund is in processing".
I sent paperwork via fax to the attorney generals office client resolution office on November 24, 2003 explaining my intention to join the class action suit.
To date I have heard nothing and NADN is still phoning me.
