Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
While working at the Madison campus of NCBT, we would go out as a group for drinks, appetizers.  During one of the outtings, Patrick Patterson - Campus Director - liked to refer to a co-worker that wore tight clothes and as "Sweet t**s" during these off the clock moments...

I wonder who earned the title at his new location when he changed to the Nashville campus.

Blantant Lie!

The allegation contained in this complaint about me is nothing less than a blatant lie.  I only wish that the identity of the author was available as I would love to pursue some legal recourse.  Naturally, the coward who authored this post did not identify herself, although I have my suspicions.

My guess is that this was posted by a former disgruntled staff member who was terminated because of poor performance.  Interesting that it was not posted until a year and a half after I left the Madison Campus.  It is also interesting for another reason.

I believe this person has also posted before and perhaps is still looking for someone to blame for her tax dilema as she had blamed me in the past.  You see, when she filled out her paperwork she claimed too many exemptions and was "shocked" when she thereafter had to pay taxes instead of getting a refund.  This of course was anyones fault but hers.

As God is my witness, I never made the statements attributed to me and never would.  Unfortunately, there are people who are cowardly and will do whatever they can to lay the blame for their lot in life at anyones feet but there own.  The anonymous author of this post falls into both categories.

The Good 'Ole little Boys Club of NCBT

That Good 'Ole little Boys Club where a person gets fired with excuses that amounted to bs because they were fabricated, to where Patrick Patterson could only say, "you just don't fit in here," as he, the  Campus Director at Madison Campus at the time, gets to call a co-worker Sweet t**s!

This is but a hint of the work environment I had to tolerate almost daily, why?

To keep a job?

TO FIT IN?

Just because a group of us are off-hours, hanging out for drinks and appetizers is his personal behavior somehow acceptable or should be tolerated?

Injustice, and unhappiness in the ranks is what you will find with the Administration at NCBT.  Of course, like any little kid, they do not want to accept ownership that it could be them so they fire hardworkers and lay off others they had been openly talking about firing when [I] first starting work there.  Awesome!   I wonder who earned the sweet t**s title when he transfered to Nashville camp.  God forbid he gets fired for not fitting in. HA!  From what I've seen from the men that were superior to the job I held, they all run in the same pretentious pack.

If you read this you are researching schools: Know the same job boards you search are what the career placement people use.  From my experience at NCBT, Madison, to graduating from High-Tech Institute [under new name?], that is all they use.  So unless you know of one getting off their butt to meet business professionals in the real world, instead of trying to be at job fairs in continuation of only selling YOU on enrolling, you are better off knowing you are in no better position than when you started other than, you earn a degree/diploma/certificat to help further, support, or begin a new career... you hope.

GOOD LUCK!
