This report is to make it known that National Grants Conferences and Power 2000 Plus Program are not what they are hyped up to be during their presentations.

I attended NGC in Pasadena CA on the 16th of May. Rick Wiseman was the speaker on behalf of NGC and I must say he did a really good job in selling the company.

Though I was skeptical of the riches I might attain by becoming a member I paid the $999.00. I was also told by a "worker" at the back table that if I didn't buy into the program that night the price went up the following day by another $300.00 to $400.00. We, the new members, were informed of the seminars in downtown LA the following weekend but were not mandatory. I found this odd. I just paid a grand; how was I not going to attend? Needless to say Wiseman was followed by another speaker, Steve Wallaceson, that sold Unim, but that's another complaint. We were there until midnight on a Monday.

About two days later I received a message from my NGC counselor. When I tried to call her back I got a voice mail. As a matter of fact everytime I call I get a voice mail. She usually calls me back the following day or two at the most inopportune hours. I work, so it is hard for me to get to the phone at lets say 10:45 in the morning and start talking about grants and how to get them.

The speaker at the LA seminars was Dave Alexander. Another good/slick speaker. He was informative but seemed to push the Power 2000 program. He informed us that Power 2000 is a mentoring program that helps its members through the process of obtaining real estate. Like Wiseman, Alexander focused on the good of how we could better our lives and get ahead.

Against my better judgement I paid the $1195.00 to join the program plus an extra $700.00 for their real estate software. I did this believing that NGC and Power 2000 were there for me. Unfortunately, once the seminars ended so did the hype. Like mentioned before I can never get a hold of my NGC counselor and we've only spoken maybe three times since May 16. We have not done any grant work whatsoever partly because I can never get a hold of her.

As for Power 2000, that's just as disappointing. Since May 23 I've spoken with my counselor just twice, and one of those times was this morning. Like the NGC counselor, he is never attainable by phone; you have to leave a message, but this guy just doesn't call back. I've left messages with things I'm working on and zip, no return phone call. If he's good he may call back two days later.

I do not recommend National Grants Conferences nor Power 2000 Plus Program. I feel they prey on people instilling false hope that will not materialize.

What I want is a refund of my $999.00 for NGC and a refund of $1195.00 for Power 2000. I bought and received nothing; they were paid and delivered nothing.
