Betty please tell us what the rip-off-report rebuttal is. Tell us the details of the rebuttal. Thanks. I can also sleep since the left SDP.

Tampa,#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

In the time I was an employee of that company, I worked in several departments. Each one was an even bigger joke then the last one. I even worked in the "Customer Service/ Customer Retention Dept." Where I had to learn the "Rip off Report," rebuttal. I am so glad for the rip off reports. You have done a lot, to help people from being victimized more so, then they could have been. Something that still bothers me today, was when I the Customer Service department, I was called by an elderly women that I had sold a renewal for when I was in the Outbound department. When I was in the outbound department. And, yes all of you that get several calls a day, are being called by SDP, NME or New Times and Traditions, company oddly enough, they are the same company. After, you order the mags, a couple of months go by and your get a call from them, and yes even when your service is not up, you get called. Well, needless to say, each department dosn't know what the other department is doing and the sales staff, never has access to all the clients records. Well, getting back to the point, I found out that the person that I sold a renewel to, now had a long subscription lasting several years. Why, is an elderly lady going to need such a long subscription to so many magazine. Half of which she didn't read. When I was in the outbound department, I had no clue that this woman had such a long subscription. And the funny thing is that is that the company would have us push magazines. So, people who are into hunting and fishing, get sent Latina. Or a poor elderly lady who is into sewing would get Maxim. And for those who pay for recycling magazine hate getting those "Freebee's," I often heard from so many customers that they were more of a headache then anything else. Since, I left that company over a year ago, I can sleep at night. What the employees of NME/SDP etc, etc are saying about this company is true. I can tell you first hand that they are a rip off, not only to the customers, but to there employees, too. Still to this day, people are amazed when I tell them that before I left the company, I was actually making less money then when I first started. When I left there were 7 pay cuts. This company has no morals what so ever, no wonder they had and probably still have such a high turn-over.

Paul I think you are trying to say there is NO LEADERSHIP and NO HONOR at SDP/NME. They certainly do not practice never leave a man (woman) behind. Hasn't Brady been repeatedly known to trash his comrades to better himself? How did he get to the CEO position? Are the owners even awake? Do the owners have any brains at all? Someone on another posting left the following. Does anyone know why all these SDP/NME managers are gone? Jim Shalale OneSwitch GM gone Cindy the CIO gone Ginny VP Operations gone Pat the Corporate Attorney gone Suzanne the other attorney gone Sam Salvo gone The CFO gone The Controller gone Edna in lists gone Chip Block Vice Chairman gone. Dawn Russo VP gone. Jack Linder VP must be gone since he is no longer listed on the web site Who knows how many other worker bees are gone. No insult intended if you got booted and aren't on the above list speak up and make yourself known. And it has been reported that they have issued thousands and thousands of W-2's to ex employees that aren't there anymore.
