I purchased a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero in March 2010. Immediately I began having problems. About 45 minutes into the drive home with my car, the stability control light appeared in the car. I returned to the dealership to have the problem fixed and, as I was leaving, the light appeared again.
I spoke to the manager, Gabrielle, several times and expressed my concerns with purchasing a car that was not up to my standards. Gabrielle told me they were not able to fix the car and I needed to take it to the Saab dealership to be fixed.
I ended up having to inconveinence myself and miss work in order to take my car to the Saab dealership several times to have the problem fixed.
Gabrielle told me I was going to receive a gift card for my inconveinence along with the owners manual that was supposed to come with the car. I still have yet to see either.
When I purchased my car the dealership told me I would receive my permanent tags within 90 days. My tags were sent 3 weeks after the temp tags expired. I was unable to drive my car for 3 weeks due to the fact that I would be driving illegally.
