I received a magazine I did not order. I logged on to the magazine's website and found an account with my name and address - basically saying I had subscribed to the weekly magazine for a year.

I sent the magazine a message saying I did not order the magazine - and did not want the magazine - I would not pay for it.

I got an email back stating that it was given to a customer service representative and I would hear from them within 2 business days.

I did not hear from them - so I emailed them again - wondering why I would receive a magazine - I did not order. I checked the subscription and found it had been suspended.

Within 2 business days they emailed back that the order was placed through an independent sales agency: National Publishers Exchange. I was told I would have to contact them to find out why I am receiving the magazine.

I tried to contact the magazine with the phone number given by the magazine company - but they were closed. I found their website online and found their email address - emailed them and have not heard back as of yet.
