National Service Xpress LLC/ aka Tony Rosalen Failed to pay for a service I completed , after they were paid for it Cumming Ga
I was contacted by National Service Xpress to complete a work order they recieved for a livestrong eliptical in NJ. Tony Rosalen from NSX and I agreed on a price which was offered and accepted via emails which I have . I completed the service the later part of June , and notified NSX via both by phone to Michelle , and emails to both Michelle and Tony. It has been over 60 days and I have used all means possible to collect my money , I have emailed , faxed , texted and called and have not received a response. On 9/10/2013 I contacted Johnson Health /aka Livestrong , they informed me that they infact paid NSX the amount I'm owed on August 12, 2013 and that they no longer use NSX for service work . I have all the emails both sent and received regauding this matter. I performed as the agreement stated and I'm owed the $170.00 they were sent. I also received an email from Johnson stating they were paid.
