National Small Business Alliance, NSBA, my experience has been exactly similiar. have phone records to support the many phone calls requesting information on this package I was suppose to recieve, but didn't. Many months later I still have more questions than answers. ripoff District of Columbia
My experience is similiar to the people in this report. I have been calling for weeks to resolve this matter with nothing more than empty promises. After more than 15 weeks of phone calls I neither have a package or a refund, both of which have been promised. I do have a customer service supervisor's name after many calls to almost the same person, Laquita.
Laquita finally gave me Romy's 800 # (800-350-0577)whose last name is unknown, because of the speed at which she blurts it out on her voice mail. For the last two weeks her voice mail has been full. I have yet to get a return call back from her, however, I suddenly received a letter in the mail stating their company policies of which make no sense to me. It states you have a 30 day evaluation period, yet they removed all of the funds from my account within ten days.
All I want is to speak to a live person and a full refund as I was promised in November 2004, plus ten hours of my time at $65.00 per hour, plus phone charges.
Allen signed up on 8/11/04. Cancelled on 1/13/05. Received a full refund on 2/1/05 when he was only entitled to $119.70 back.
