Please note that we are NOT associated with the SBA. Further, we only take what we have been authorized to take; no more, no less. 1. NSBA prides itself on maintaining industry best practices by only selecting and solicitation businesses, scrubbing all calls through Federal, State and In-house DNC files. 2. All NSBA's scripts and materials are closely scrutinized by the same attorneys that are used by the Direct Marketing Association. 3. NSBA does not condone any misrepresentation or deviation from any attorney approved scripting 4. ALL sales verified through a third party verification company. 5. Further all sales are recorded and the member is played a pre-recorded disclosure that recaps exactly what the member is receiving and how the payments work and specifically asks if the member was offered anything else then what was just recapped in the recorded verification. 6. NSBA Trains Outsourced call centers to stick to script, monitors and has no tolerance for deviation. 7. Each outsourced call center is responsible to do quality assurance and listen to each and every recorded verification and cancel any not meeting NSBA's strict guidelines. 8. As a second level of quality control, NSBA also does its own quality assurance on each verification and cancels any that do not meet guidelines. 9. NSBA only benefits from having happy members. We take complaints very seriously. 10. We have one of the best retention and renewal and lowest complaints in the industry. John, reference this report about Small Business Network (which seems to be somehow connected to NSBA or NSBA split from SBA and is built on the same "model"): http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff163219.htm If you don't change your bank account, you will never get away from this scam. NSBA will show up at random times making withdrawals from your bank account, year after year. I fought SBA for years and finally just caved and changed my bank account...it is not worth the rise in blood pressure. It is a pain to change a business account, but it was worth it in the long run. There is no "canceling" these debit scams. Once they have your account number, they will be back. They will tell you that your "membership" has been canceled, but don't believe it. And don't get in touch with NSBA, either. Both these companies (SBA and NSBA) seem a bit too eager to find out who is filing complaints about them. ALL of them are trolling this site looking for report filers. Wonder why....

We have 27 members in Bentonville, Arkansas, none by the name of John. Can you provide your membership number so that I may find out who you are and address the proble? It is unfortunate that you really didn't try out the wealth of benefits we have to offer.
