I sent back my packagae within the first 30 days after getting it and get a receipt for it because I sent it registered mail. It's been 2 months and still no refund. How can you blame these people for being angry and make it seem like it is something they've done wrong. They've been mislead and taken advantage of and given empty promises. Eev if they do finally get their money bak, it's after making numerous fruitless attempts and it is so frustrating. Will I ever get my money back? Who knows, but I'll die trying. 13376702 and still waiting.....

My voice mail box is never full because I do check my messages and I do get back to people and we did refund your money within two weeks of your canceling. In accordance with our published refund policy, refunds are made within 30-days of receiving our merchandise back. In this case, we did refund John's money within 10-days of his canceling. Again, John had NOT left a message for me nor was my mailbox full. Dennis Mario CEO/President

On June 6 2005 I finally reached Mark in Washington DC and had a nice talk with him. He said the refund for $239.40 would be in the mail that day. I received the check on, much to my surprise, on June 08, 2005 the check arrived in the mail. The previous charge to my account had been returned on May 26 2005. He also gave me a phone number where he can be reached @ 866-322-5573 X-201. I have not tried it yet but am fully satisfied with the results. We had also received a phone call from Romi Sharp ? in California on May 07 and she said the check was in the mail. This was after leaving voice mail for 8 days when the mail box was not full.
